Escrow and Closing Costs
Once you have accepted an offer on your home, we will move into escrow. During this time the title company will search the real estate records to ensure that you have a clean title to the house and take care of any issues that may arise from easements, liens, and mortgage payoffs.
The end of the home sell process will be closing day and you will sign over the title of the home to the buyers. There are several closing costs involved with the sale of the home, including:
